1. User Eligibility: You may use Caesar Cipher only if you are part of the app and your contacts list. Both users must have the app installed and be registered.
2. Channel Code: To decode chat messages, both users must set and share a unique channel code offline. This code is required each time you access a chat window to view messages.
3. Message Encryption: All chat messages are encoded. Only users with the correct channel code can decode and read the messages.
4. Message Deletion: Users can permanently delete chat messages. Once deleted, messages are removed for both users and cannot be recovered.
5. Security: You are responsible for keeping your channel code confidential. Do not share your code with unauthorized persons. Caesar Cipher is not responsible for unauthorized access due to code sharing.
6. Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected, used, and protected.
7. Prohibited Use: You agree not to use Caesar Cipher for illegal or unauthorized activities. You are solely responsible for the content you send and receive.
8. Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, your access to the app and all messages will be revoked.
9. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caesar Cipher will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
